Doesn't matter with art. Even if we cared (I don't so much), we have no legal obligation to touch it. Artwork is by default considered to have at least some value by the courts and thus is hard to touch.

CCS has Sakura. XD Much subtle and not-so-subtle yaoi/yuri as well. XD
