In terms of celebrities, i'd want to tickle trish stratus(i still can't believe noone mentioned her yet)gwen stefani(preferaby with straight hair like in the hollaback girl video) and avril lavigne(she's hot,nuff said)

Ok, I'd have to go with Kimiko, not just because it seems to be the trendy thing to do, but also because in her posts and stuff, she seems really cool. 😀 Ticklishgiggle sounds like she'd be a lot of fun to tickle too. She'd definitely give me a chance to perfect my upperbody technique. There's probably a few more on here, but they top the list.

I have always thought it would be cool to tickle Kirsten Dunst. I also wouldn't mind a shot at Kate Hudson. Aside from ones already mentioned, those are the only celebrities I can think of right now.

I am not a very frequent poster here, so I don't feel close enough to anyone here to mention any names (though some of you girls would make really good targets *wink*). There are also a few girls that I know in real life that I would cheerfully tickle if given the chance.
