The picture in question is a cartoon.....It does not in any way depict a "person"...It does not fall under the legal definition of child pornography under US statutes...

The Rules here on the forum were created by the admins. If they choose to make an occasional exception to their own rules you can whine all you want but it means nothing.

That picture to which you are referring people was clearly, I don't think it unreasonable to assume, NOT made for pornographic value (how would you explain the green mutant monkey?... :-o) and is thus not child pornography. It is a risque image, but not child porn. You fool.

In response, I'll go to the first page of the artwork forum on your usual haunt, TickleTheater, and make copies of whatever images depicting empyrically proveably underage characters in situations of a sexual nature that I can find (naked or otherwise), then canvas a few opinions on those and send that off in a report to the same authority. I wonder whose will be followed up? I DO SO WONDER SIR! Actually no I don't, I could probably guess.

Well the 20+ posts seem to be created by the same 3 people. So that doesn't really mean anything.

And if you want to do that to the TICKLETHEATER I commend you. Child Porography posted anywhere is wrong. If the tickle theater allows it they should be taken down. And so should this place if it allows it as well.
