Why wasn't I more ticklish?

Hello,

For over a year, since watching youtube videos I wanted to be tickled. Finally I attended an after Halloween party last Saturday. I contacted the host of the party a few days early and asked if she would consent to tickle me. She said yes. We wrote back and forth and I believe we developed a friendship. I shaved my hairy arm and chest and spent the whole morning swimming so I would be spotless. When I met her at the party we clicked very well. She put restraints on me and began to look for tickle spots all over my belly. She found some spots that were a little bit ticklish but nothing I needed to be restrained for. Her tickling me was very enjoyable, but, from watching youtube videos I was expecting so much more of a reaction. I'm 66 and I'm wondering if my age had something to do with it.

Doubt it. Some people just aren't that ticklish. Did you try different spots or just the belly?

Yes it was a kink party and she wasn't an experienced tickler. She doesn't have the fetish. I didn't think tickling would require graduate school. It was through fetlife and there are no ticklers in my area. I suppose the best alternative is to contact one of those sex places (the citadel in Sacramento) and see about hiring an experienced tickler. I'll wait for your response to this.

You'd be surprised how many people suck at it. They either do it too softly or dig in that you're bruised the next couple of weeks afterwards.

Not only do a lot of people suck at it, but it seems that people freeze up and do it even worse when they have a person in bondage for the first time. You have to really communicate what you want.

That was my 1st time being tickled. I had no special reason for assuming it was my age. In general I'm more the silent type. I'll take another crack at it sometime. Thanks everyone.
