Winter Storm for NYC

In a winter that has featured very cold weather until recently, and drops of snow.

A Winter Storm Watch has now been issued for NYC for Saturday night for supposedly 2 to 4 inches of snow and ice.

The weather has moderated a bit in recent days, but if said snowfall does occur, it would be the largest storm of the winter.

Im surprised you guys haven't gotten more than that already this winter. Pretty sure Philly got about 2 inches of snow a few weeks ago.

I do miss the snow, though it creates a mess. Still, winters without any snow are depressing. Especially with global warming. Who knows how many snow filled winters we have left.

We've had cold spells earlier this winter, but its warmed up recently. This winter has been small bursts of snow, like an inch, but no big snowstorms. We have not really had a big snowstorm in four years, when we got hit twice in Dec 2020 and Feb 2021 with about a foot each time. Since then, it has been just little hits. We are supposed to have another one on Tuesday I believe
