Wisconsin Gathering Planning Stages

Hi, I am thinking about setting up a weekend gathering in Wisconsin for 2025 and was wondering if there would be anyone interested. Before setting up the venue and other stuff I want to know how many to plan for. This is still in the very early planning stages but it is something I really want to do for those in WI, MN, and IL who can't travel to NEST, AUNT, CAT and other gatherings on east and west coast areas. I know I am one of them. I would love to meet up with other members of our community. Part of the planning is finding a centralized location for all of us.

Where are you located?
What month should this be planned for to best fit your schedule?

Once I see how many are interested and where located I can start looking for central area and see about hotel accomodations from there.

I'm from the southwest suburbs of Chicago, so while I'd prefer a CTA gathering instead, I'll attend this if possible. I should mention I've been broke and unemployed for over a year now (its a long story), but I do have some jobs lined up, so hopefully we can set something up in spring or early summer.

I’m from the Midwest and a Lee-leaning switch. Personally with my circumstances it’s hard to commute that far for the gatherings on the east coast like NEST or AUNT. I think this would be so fun!

Sounds great!! I'm based in Wisconsin around the Eau Claire area. As for when, any time really lol
