Let's just say the Chicken Littles are right about everything (regardless of what the facts are), that indeed, the sky is falling, and that these women spoke about, and in the interest of, ending men on the internet (whatever the hell that means). How would that work? And let's say (for the sake of argument) that the U.N. report was published in collaboration with the women who spoke on the panel. That it was all coordinated propaganda. Okay. When has a U.N. report ever mattered to anyone? What kind of effect has the U.N. ever had on American society, except diplomats getting to park wherever the hell they want in NYC?

It's been over a year since Gamergate. Has anything impacted men because of it? Have they lost any rights or privileges because of it? I'm not saying they should. I'm saying they have not.

When has even the most extreme feminist viewpoint resulted in any societal change against men (Anyone remember Andrea Dworkin? How she was going to get pornography outlawed)?

In the years leading up to 1920, people were screaming that giving women the right to vote would destroy society. As we can see, they're still screaming. They've just changed the wording slightly.

Maybe not in this incidence but it has been their main quest and complaint for months now. They should go after those who did it not one gender. This is just one more thing. I was unaware that no one knew about their crusade.

The issue is... if they are going after the guys that did it then fine. They deserve to be treated accordingly, but these women are blaming an entire gender. I've never threatened a woman online.......why put me into the mix because I was born with a p*nis.

Well with those comments, I just think their feeling were hurt. They have become minor celebrities and all the positive and negative attention that goes along with it. Quit crying about it and stop getting the U.N. involved unless you personally call each individual not a gender. As with anything...they will probably go away after they said there peace and another form of male oppression with be brought later by someone else.

I was hoping to get some insight on women's view about this but the only one that stepped up was Chicago...kudos to you ma'am. I guess as a self-proclaimed fighter of women Anita Sarkeesian and Zoe Quinn will (in my opinion) further tear down what already isn't taken seriously because its nothing more then another bitch-fest by women representatives.

Well they have tweeted comments to their opinion on men being the destruction of society. They....themselves have been quoted to saying certain men should be killled..(look it up if you want). I just thought it was hypocritical. Actually I was really asking about how women on the forum felt about these two women fighting for women's rights on the internet.

Because it seems that not all women on the web seem to be in agreement with them and their crusade. Doesn't effect me much. In the years being online I have shut off my computer for months from time to time.....so whether females online think guys online are a problem they are more then welcome to shut their own computers off as well.

Actually they are called "third wave feminist." First one being the right to vote...second one being the right to work and now the third one is the right to everything else. That's this generations words not mine.

I guess she did speak for all women. The idea of opinion is two sides to every one. For or against. Waiting for one and not the other is not an opinion but a statement. If I see an pet dressd up by their owner like a human. I could say that looks stupid and feel bad for the dog or cat. However I wont be spending the rest of my life taking sweaters off pets every time I see it. I am nor a female or one of those males involved in threatening any woman online. You're not answering what exactly is so terrible about the Standard Bearer, though. The argument is that these are horrible, terrible threatening things being done to these people, right? And Phil must've done and said horrifying things about these women in order to become such a pariah, right? Well... what was it? Remember it can't just be him saying that he questions their opinions or methods, now that would be a deliberate downplaying of the terrible things he's doing to these woman.
