As Ross, Fritz, and Steve held one conference call after the next, working diligently on their new venture together.
They began to present their ideas to one small distributor after the next, and started signing one small client after the next.
The company was growing slowly but steadily, and then looked like it was about to take off.
Also, Fritz, and Steve were "Gentlemen Businessmen" and far easier for Ross to deal with, as opposed to Roy White, and Bruce Reese.
Ross, Fritz, and Steve, kept filling up Fritz's warehouses with thousands of orders of their new products, and shipping them out to mail order companies, and major and small distributors.
The money was rolling in.
So much so, that Ross was becoming so fed up with Roy White and Bruce Reese, he almost wanted to make a deal with split with both of them.
Ross knew such would not be a wise move, as the venture with Fritz and Steve was still new, and Ross had to make sure things continued as they were.
One night, when Fritz and Steve were in NY , Ross brought Kayley to a meeting.
"Gentlemen, this is my brilliant, beautiful,and wonderful wife, Kayley" Ross said.
"Charmed, Ma/am" Fritz said, lightly kissing Kayley's hand.
"Pleasure to meet you ., Kayley" Steve said.
"Thank You, Gentlemen. Ross tells me what excellent men you both are, and how well your venture is going. I'm thrilled for all of you. May your success continue" Kayley said.
"Thank You, Ma'am" Fritz said.
After an extended delicious surf and turf dinner that lasted about 2 hours, Fritz and Steve went back to their hotel, while Ross and Kayley went in an Uber home.
"What wonderful men" Kayley said to Ross.
"Kale, you know as well as I do that I would love to get rid of Roy White and Bruce Reese, and how much they both aggravate me, right?" Ross said.
"I know sweetie, but you cannot for financial reasons" Kayley said.
"Let's see what happens with the new ventures with Steve and Fritz. If things continue to go as well as they have, then maybe Vic Barger and me can try to wind down our business with Bruce and Roy" Ross said.
The next day, at the office, Vic Barger discussed the situation with Fritz and Steve with Ross
"Ross, this new venture amazes me. God Willing, if this continues, I think we should discuss how to maybe sell off or wind up things with Roy and Bruce" Vic said.
Ross chuckled.
"Victor, I was just saying that to Kayley last night after dinner with Steve and Fritz.
Increasingly, as his business with Steve and Fritz grew, Ross became more fed up and frustrated with Roy and Bruce and their drama every day.

Would it stay that way, or would bumps in the road develop?
