Worst Super Hero movie ever?

From what I've heard Marvels first try at a Fantastic 4 movie was a disaster, it was so bad infact it was never released into theater, you have to fined pirat copy to see it.

As for stuff I have actualy seen, Man-Thing is by far the worst of them all. The opening sene is some chick getting topless, and that is about the only good scene in the film.

I've got both those stinkers around here somewhere. No, I'm not going to look for them. They are better off buried.

Captain America

Though I agree that many of the movies that others have listed were bad (e.g. the first Fantastic Four movie, the first (and second, for that matter) Punisher movie), I have to say that the 1990 or 1991 direct-to-video Captain America movie "wins" the title of worst superhero movie of the latter 20th century. It's very painful for me to admit this, as Cap is my #1 favorite superhero, but OMG -- how awful it was.

I actually sort of liked the last Hulk movie...


Daredevil and Electra were pretty bad. The old Punisher movie starring Dolph Lundgren was outright terrible. But Strider is absolutely right: The Captain America movie is cinematic excrement of the first water. The Italian Red Skull... The rubber ears... And to top it all off, they make Cap act like an absolute chickenshit throughout most of the movie. Its revolting.

I'd say these two tie for first place! If I'm remembering the right Captain America movie, it had Ned Beatty in it, and it stank on ice!

I agree Daredevil was probably the worst, but that might only be because I can't stand Ben Affleck

I really shudder about the Iron Man movie coming out 2008 with Robert Downey,Jr. in the title role(No joke!)

Daredevil and Fantastic Four... Trash!

These movies cost a few million dollars each (I don't knwo the exact cost of each), and yet they were trash. Wasted money. How about using it to donate it to research or African Aid or something like that?

In my opinion, It'd be a better investement.
