I think....he .....needs extensive work. As for a few other comments:

Strel, I'm not sure. I've always enjoyed the sheer intensity of the emotions produced, and I was always aware that although incredibly interested in sex, the other guys weren't as "consumed" by physical reactions as I was, and consequently seemed to be lacking a dimension that I enjoyed with tickling.

I stand alone, likely...

...but I would say yes. After all, I love the act of tickling because of that wiring, and with the wiring gone, it would be whatever it is to normal people instead of a pleasant, arousing feeling. ALso, I'm still the "socially awkward adolescent" and already quite different from my peers...one less oddity to worry about couldn't hurt.

On the other hand, without this particular interest, I'd never have "met" people such as yourselves, and y'all are pretty cool folks. Additionally, one wonders if, in the absence of this primary fetish, other fetishes may come to light.
