I couldn't and wouldn't do this. There's more to my life than tickling. I love tickling my girlfriend and I love when she fights back, but we do it for awhile and then we'll go days without it.
I couldn't see myself in this position, where basically my world would be nothing but being tickled and then trying to do normal things, knowing my "employer" can pull me out of anything at any time to be tickled.

You know, i've reread the list over to be and to be honest, i'm having second thoughts. Yes, the thought of being one's tickle slave would be appealing, but most of these things don't seem very slavelike to me.
1. The tickler only gets to use tools at your consent?
2. two weeks paid vacation?
I mean, why not make it so that the ticklee has to complete a trial period, where for a few weeks or 2, he/she has to be tickled by the Tickler's wishes anyway he/she sees fit. the 8 hours can be broken up so that he/she can tickle you at different times during the day, but it is not to exceed 8 hours.
Something like that?

I can't believe you're complaining about being treated like a person. 😛
I'm a natural born skeptic, so I'd pass just on the grounds that there isn't any proof that the person is who they say they are. It could be some scheme initiated by someone who'd hacked my computer and seen my internet history, and was trying to either steal my organs, or what-have-you.
If I was approached by some otherwise reputable person, however, with proof of said necessities, and knew that it was legit, maybe.
I still have a lot of my life in front of me first.
