No, I find it just depressing how it got so cold so fast.

No I haven't. There's always more it seems.

Yes, I have a cousin who always acts like Ebenezer Scrooge. Fortunately, he hasn't come to Thanksgiving in years.

Did your family do the ritual of having everybody say one thing for which they are thankful in 2024?

No we don't have that ritual but internally I try to remind myself everyday how lucky I am in my daily life.

Was there football on in the house during Thanksgiving Day?

Yes, there was, but not in the same room where the meal was served.

Are you aware that the NFL NY Giants have lost every home game so far this season?

Yes, I'm also aware that in the last 7 years or so the 2 worst records in football out of all 32 teams belong to our 2 lovely NY teams.

Do people around you put up Christmas lights?

Yes, plenty of businesses (including restaurants) put up Christmas lights, but people living in apartments don't put up any that can be seen from the street.

Did you buy any new Christmas lights or ornaments this year?

No I have the same ones from last year that work well.

Yes, just some flurries, but nevertheless irritating. ❄️ <=== One snowflake is one too many.

Yes, I do.

Yes, a lot that I should give away.

Yes, I do.

No, not this year. I did have fever over 101°F in February 2023 when I had Covid.

Are you excited for the holidays yet?

No, my excitement passed after Thanksgiving ended. Hanukkah is mostly for children.

Yes, I will buy many Christmas presents for Damian (and already have including bowls with his name on it).

Yes, I think too many people treat their dogs as though they were human children.

Yes, but it's not as ugly as 2 women fighting.

Do you fight with people less than when you were younger?

Yes, if you mean physical fighting. Until adolescence, I used to fight in the schoolyard frequently. As an adult, I have not struck anybody in anger since 1992.

Has your dog ever fought with a cat or another dog?

Yes, Damian fights with my brother's dog sometimes (I think it's over trying to take over the house when they're together).
