I don't really care either way to be honest. There are other factors I consider more such as the attractiveness of the ler(s)/lee(s), the scenario or situation behind the tickling, skill level of the ler, ticklishness of the lee, playfulness and vibe from both, etc.

If I ABSOLUTELY was forced to pick though, I would probably say younger tickling older. There is something kind of sexy about a younger person tickling someone with more experience, older, etc. Though the ler/lee can't be too old.
