I was using my friend's electric nail buffer and lordie did that frickin' tickle my toes senseless. I told her about it and she thought i was weird and gave me a raise of the eyebrow cause I was describing the sensation and how much it turned me on. lol
 
But that implies humour. It is not logical.

As for tools, I also have this:
Dual direction, velocity and torque control...
