Okay folks most of you know that youtube has seemed recently to have zero'd in on tickle producers and started shutting us down.

Initially I was just so pissed with youtubes poor cutsomer service that I wouldn't have wanted to go back if they paid me.

However various posters had expressed the "don't lay down" sentiment. I figured they had a point, so. While I didn't expect much, tonight I decided to try and open a new youtube account. If for nothing esle but a small experiment.

First I opened a new standard member account on youtube, and loaded up a clip and tried to post it. Without even the possibility of it being viewed it was rejected. I mean, the secind I added it, it rejected. And I noticed that the word in my tags "tickling" was highlighted as if connected to the reason for rejection.

I then went ahead and requested a director account be opened. They denied my request. this has lead to me to the conclusion that youtube are not allowing any new tickle content. Eitherway anyone hoping us that have been banned could return , it seems impossible.

I felt the community should know this.

Yes but the point is that they don't seem to want the kind of material. So it would just be a matter of time till it was removed again. To get a director account you have to sign a legal document and I'm not going to lie or abbreviate where thats concerned. Whatever the method behind youtubes madness is, it seems consistent that new tickling material will not be allowed.

yea but you tube allows young underage "street whores" in the making to dance like apes on cam near naked, lets alot of drooling morons do their soap opera type things infront of their PC, put "real" porn clips on there..but god forbid tickling fetish! if you wanna use you tube for preview clips, dont put the word tickling or tickle in the search words or title of the clip and just post the link here on the forums. that should work for sure! the folks that run you tube are a bunch of idiots to be honest. but their site is useful. these clips here say it like it is..this guy (or subhuman maybe?) sums it all up about you tube and i def have to agree:

I too was wondering what was up with all the tickling vids being almost immediately erased from youtube. I am certainly dissapointed and also dont understand how they let a lot of other things stand but not tickling.
I guess perhaps its just another medium that was open but now shut off to anyone or anything they dont want.
Oh well. It was fun while it lasted.
Perhaps using google video is a good alternative.

IMHO all these removed clips weren't found and removed by the mods because they just were in the mood to do so. Otherwise a lot more would be removed. Just type in tickle or tickling in the search bar, and hundreds of clips show up. So if the operators from youtube liked us to get out of youtube, all those clips would be removed in a second.

But the deletion is rather selectious.

I'm pretty sure, that there must be a kind of troll, who has fun in closing down channels. I doubt, that he is a member of the TMF - but - who knows. Maybe he is reading these posts about youtube and is enjoying it???

not only that, you have to wade through the pages of GAY and BABY tickling....you'd think that STUPID baby tickling would be the FIRST thing to get yanked. what kind of moron would post a clip of a baby being tickled...this forum wont let anything be posted with any children under 18, but youtube lets baby tickling videos go on and on and on...and i guess gays can do whatever they want on there....but normal straight people into tickling cannot....please everyone, i dont really care for the guys that run google, but they are less restrictive, and not only that their videos load MUCH quicker. lets everyone post to google.

For me it is obvious, that a kind of troll is flagging some videos. He is selective - so it would be interesting, who of us was struck.

Those trolls are supported by the youtube-system, as the youtube-operators remove all the clips as soon as 2 of a channel are marked as inappropriate. IMHO they don't check the contents, just the title and keywords. A pity, that they don't give id or nickname of this shamus away to the parties involved. Otherwise we could compare, if it's always one - but even if we knew his nick-identity, he could open a new account and start over again.

Strange, that my acount Jorenga wasn't closed - so I uploaded a new vid and I used the keyword tickling. There was no problem.

Just for fun - I don't want to drag any advantage from that.

I did notice the same fact about baby and M/M tickling clips being listed together with F/F vids, with no rhyme or reason.
Quite disconcerting, since they is no way to tell family vids from adult clips.

Dunno if we have a troll at work; wonder if they are pinpointing all tickle fans, all producers or just a few of them.
I'll be keeping my eyes peeled. 🙂

The odd thing is that when I do a search for "tickling" I get over 2000 hits, many of them months old. Several are clearly tickling erotica too. So obviously they aren't just purging everything with that tag.

My own experience seems to suggest that it wasn't a troll, no-one could have watched the vid, the rejection was instantaneous. It may have been cause it recognized a vid that had been pulled before. However it was wierd that the word was higlighted. Older stuff seems to remain so it's my personal theory that they don't want it loaded as new. Ofcourse occasionally your going to get through the cracks in the system. But what really did it for me is that they didn't even want me as a director. I truly don't care anymore, the whole thing has truly put me so sour on them. After so many of us were getting huge hit no.s, they are only screwing themselves. I understand many people over the past few months have become very fond of youtube as a tickling resource, but I think we have to face the fact that it is no longer the haven it once was.

When I attempted to post a clip, youtube yanked my account, informing me that I posted material not allowed under the terms of agreement.

Also, youtube has repeatedly yanked clips of the uncut version of ABC's controversial miniseries THE PATH TO 9/11. Try typing it into the search bar and see what comes up. All I get is Sandy Berger talking about how the film is full of lies.

It's obvious that youtube is run by a bunch of radical fanatics. It's based in California which explains everything.

On the other hand they sure seem to allow gay-themed tickling. And tickling where kids are involved. Lots of lesbian material can be found as well as an occasional truly horrific clip of people dying in awful ways.

I have also noticed stuff (not necessarily tickling stuff) being removed because it committed copyright infringement. I just figured they were getting tougher on that stuff.

you know, sometimes, they just need to let it go. i mean, unless their is nudity in it, their is no harm. there have been great videos taken off in my opinion and i don't see a problem with it. just another version of being "family friendly" supposedely.

This is what I thought at first also, maybe they think I don't have the copyright to my stuff!! This is why I tried a directors account, and that was rejected also. As hard as I have looked, there is no apparent rhyme nor reason behind their targeting of small producers in our community.

Honestly it is their business and they can do whatever they want. They post their own terms of use and can delete or allow anything they want within those terms. Most TOAs will include a phrase to the effect they can cancel any account or delete information at their sole discretion.

Secondly I would like to point out that much of the material on their is protected by copyright law. If You Tube does not shut it down they can be held liable. Therefore they may not be distinguishing between a vid clip you made of a friend vs. Paradise Vision.

Third there is some tickling vid clips from people where it is unclear as to the age. Now whether or not Youtube can charged with allowing the display of child pornography is for a lawyer to decide. Investors and the company as a whole would probably not want to go down that road. Also if this is considered pornographic is also for the courts to decide.

Does it suck that you don't have another place to view tickling videos, yes. It is the end of the world, no. I see a lot of complaining from people because their free source of tickling porn is less readily accesable. Deal with it and move on.

If you are a paying member, then you have a little more say because it is your dollar at stake.

The youtube-handling of removing clips has the fault, that you aren't informed and asked before the removal is done. So you can't give a proof, that you are the producer and own the copyright. Not eaven the reason is mentioned in the removal note, despite of the number of people, who flagged the clips or their accounts.

For sure we move on. But it is really disappointing, if you did build up a channel, gathering more and more friends around, who were eagerly awaiting new clips and productions. You have to start from the scratch again, with no reputation at all. (might be not bad sometimes 😉 )

Well actually having read about the directors accounts when I tried to open one, if youtube have, which I have heard they have, treated directors as they have treated myself and other users, they re actually in breach of their own agreement, which says 14 days notice is required for them to close your account.

with youtube, they check the description, title, and somehow, the name of the clip and it's contents, because i uploaded an AMV, and just gave it the name "love, even named the clip that, no way they coulda known it was an AMV, right? well, they restricted it right away, and i have no clue how to get around that.

I agree with u completely. Theres a lot of us with accounts on Youtube, they may see how much buisiness they have lost once we close all our accounts.

Someone's flagging the f/* clips

I first noticed that YouTube was cracking down on the tickling stuff about two weeks ago. There was a clip on there that had been posted by a very sexy lesbian couple involving tickling. In the clip, three girls were tickle-fighting with a male friend. One of them was extremely hot and wearing lingerie. Finally, one of the girls pinned the guy's arms down and another girl began tickling him to her heart's content.

Needless to say, *I* found this to be a turn-on, but that's because I have a tickling fetish. I can't imagine that the average person would find this overtly sexual. Which is why I was so confused when it was removed from YouTube. I read the entire YouTube policy and couldn't find a single provision that it violated. No one was naked, there was no intercourse present. It didn't make any sense.

Ultimately, there are likely a few people out there flagging what they don't like. I've noticed that the m/m stuff is generally not affected, nor is the non-sexual stuff (i.e., baby tickling, etc.). Whoever is doing the flagging seems to be focusing on tickling involving females, and m/f stuff also has a better chance of surviving than anything with a female ler.

Anyone else notice this trend?
