Hey TMF Community,
This is my first blog entry here. I've written blogs in the past for work and I think it's a fun way to pass some time and spark some conversations and friendly arguments.
Charlie Sheen has been in the news a lot lately for his crazy antics and behavior, but a positive take on his questionable PR is that he's using it to bring about awareness to the Haitian relief effort. If you recall, Haiti was devastated by a 7.0 earthquake last January leaving over 1 million Haitians homeless and left with nothing. Sheen will team with All World do-gooder Sean Penn to refocus international attention to the relief and reconstruction effort in the near future. Say what you will about Sheen and his actions, but this one speaks to the inherent nature of humans to help other humans. A respectable trait even for a self absorbed, egocentric, tiger blooded legendary actor. http://abcnews.go.com/US/charlie-sheen-sean-penn-team-haiti/story?id=13065107
There are a lot of huge films out at the box office this week including Rango, Hall Pass, and Take Me Home Tonight. The movie that looks the most interesting to me however is "The Adjustment Bureau". I am admittedly a Matt Damon fan, see Rounders, the Bourne Trilogy, and The Talented Mr. Ripley, but the plot of the story which is taken from the short story, "Adjustment Team" by Phillip K. Dick is interesting and unique. This is good ol' fashion story telling not using big budget effects or 3-D glasses to sell tickets. Check out the trailer below.

I have never seen Glee (Fox) or Skins (MTV Networks), and I likely never will. Unless someone can explain to me the appeal or I am tricked into watching it, believing that it's really a Charlie Sheen movie. A show that I am addicted to and highly recommend however is Community (NBC). A smart comedy that does a good job of intertwining ongoing story lines while never really using them to drive the series on. Similar to 30 Rock where each show has it's own focus, but stands on its own acting as a parody on social issues like race, gender, religion, and politics as well as drawing off of one liners and inside humor for the fans of the show. Season 2 has about 7 episodes left they're on Thursday nights on NBC.

Don't want to run on too long so I'll wrap it up with two more things.
Matt's Top 5 Songs of the Day
5. "The High Road" - Broken Bells
4. "All of the Lights" - Kanye West feat. Rihanna
3. "We Used to Wait" - Arcade Fire
2. "Never Give You Up" - The Black Keys
1. "Airplanes" - Local Natives
Honorable Mention "Next Girl" - The Black Keys,
"Wide Eyes" - Local Natives
Probably should include a tickle related topic on here too. So I pose this question to the forum,
Who is your favorite tickle video producer?
-Mine would be a close one between Tickle Central and Tickle Abuse, but I would have to go with TC.
Alright I'm off to get my taxes done and head out to Pittsburgh for the Sabres v. Penguins game!
Peace and Love,
Please feel free to leave responses with comments, questions, and suggestions.
Thanks,
Matt
