ARG!!

BOTH of the stories I was writing are GONE.

The 1st story-I'm not happy its gone... but I was already thinking it should get a rewrite since it was in it's early stages. The second was my next audio. A fantasy. And while it was short... here I was ready to edit it and record it... Now I find out its gone. Both stories gone feels like one giant kick to the ass.

Someone was nice enough to enhance my first audio...but the site they sent me to gave me a virus. Thankfully I have Norton installed now...but... my computer told me I might lose some stuff when it had to restart itself (MULTIPLE TIMES- this virus was NASTY)... but I was like ok what's a few things.. what pics or... stuff I downloaded who cares?

Now I care. Now I care very much. So... in the future if someone wants to enhance something for me, or tribute something... or whatever... don't send it to me. Just tell/ask me beforehand and then make a post for it yourself. I can't risk another virus. I just don't have the money to replace my computer or anything else. When I have "fuck computer virus's money"... then ok cool. But that's a way's away my friends...

I know this is old, but I want to say thanks for doing this, because I know that as I try to construct an action plan (one that is perhaps more ambitious given the difference in our sizes), I can use some of what you did and have sustained success. Calorie limits at meals, in my opinion, is a smart endeavor, and I too have noticed that boredom eating is a major concern. Especially since I have an erratic sleep pattern and constantly find myself getting bored.

What I do want to ask you about is your liquid intake; I know you said you drank coffee on a constant basis, and that obviously has calories, but what do you drink at meals? Or just in general? Back when I played football and basketball, I always viewed soda/gatorade and all that to be disgusting because it was too sweet and gave you a mediocre mouth feel when you did something active.

Thanks for the feedback, I'm glad it was helpful :)

At breakfast I drink grapefruit juice or orange juice, then at lunch I have one or two cans of diet soda (zero calories, and you get used to the taste pretty fast.) And with dinner I drink water, because by the end of the day I've drunk so much coffee that I desperately need to hydrate.

Lately I've been trying to scale back the coffee because the caffeine makes me jittery, and I've been drinking different things to make up for it, from hot chocolate to tea, to just decaf.
