Dear Diary Mondays

Dear Diary,

I woke up today feeling anxious.
I think it happens often when my sleeping routine is disturbed.
I stayed up late last night watching lost.

My boyfriend broke up with me recently
My chest feels tired from an over-active heart
My insides are exhausted from anxiety and a poor diet

I don't have the motivation to meditate.
I feel bad for eating snacks most of the night.
I have an exam tomorrow.

What man could happily handle my anxiety often?
What will happen if I never lose the weight?
What can I do to make these feelings go away?

I don't want to be the downer
I don't want to be afraid
I don't want to be alone forever
