I haven't written one of these in god knows how long, but I'm bored and still groggy from the weekend so why not.
I went to an amazing show last night in Boston at the Paradise Rock Club. The band was called Times of Grace, and it was basically an album written by Adam D, the Killswitch Engage guitarist and backup vocalist, when he was in the hospital after having major back surgery. The whole damn cd is amazing, and I implore anyone who likes music, be it metal or not, to give a few of the tracks a listen because they are astounding. Tracks of note? "Live in Love," "The Hymn of a Broken Man," "The Forgotten One," and "Worlds Apart." So amazing.
Went to UConn the day before to hang out with my friend from back home and drink heavily. All things considered, not a bad trip, but sleeping on a small chair can suck my left nut since it was far from friggin' comfortable.
School is school, ya know? In my last semester of college, and I am so damn unmotivated to do anything. After 16 years of school, that's grade school through college, I am just so damn sick of it and want to be finished. Hopefully this is just a phase and will pass soon enough, but time will tell...
Yup, that's about it in terms of the minutia of my life. Thanks for readin if ya did. Oh, and NEST plans be happenin'. Fo' realz.
