Most memorable for me, eh? I would have to go with panels #33 and 34. That infamous panel of Yellowjacket pimp-slapping the Wasp has (unfortunately) defined the character of Hank Pym ever since. The following panel of Baron Zemo doing the big reveal at the end of Thunderbolts #1 was HUGE back in the day, as Marvel had actually kept it all a secret ahead of time.
By the way, I still think John Byrne draws a scary lookin' Dark Phoenix. As a kid, she downright scared me!
