Blowing up the pic shows where it was cropped and then where it was put in, the edges are rough around the wall area and you can see where the "legs" of the girl in the image were before they were painted out.

A good job when shown in your original post, but quite easy to detect when you lighten the contrast and blow up the pic...

If I could clarify it you would see the girls features but it is too grainy
