i talked to tracy yesterday she said she misses ya ,she told me that there also was a fire where they have the ren fair 🙁 and she hopes one of these days we can get together somehow 🙂

So, the transition from sitting to standing is when it hurts? If I sit in one position for a while and then stand up, sometimes my leg is stiff. Once I get walking it's fine.
I'm sure it just because you got up too quickly. It sounds like you are gonna be fine. 😀 😀

Whenever I cook, even in the microwave, I keep my fire extinguisher on my kitchen shelf. The pan burst into flames? The actual pan caught on fire?
Buggy, next time: disconnect the smoke alarm, put on a flame-retardent, full-body catsuit, use a welder's full face mask, and a blow torch to cook your meat.
