When I was about 7, I tried to make a time machine.
I did this by sticking a gameboy to my mothers volkswagen. 😀.

It did travel though time, just at the same rate as every other stationary thing around it. 🙄
 
I was trying to build a wallclock when I was at school. I made the mistake of comenting that the term "time machine" was inacurate to describe what should be a "time ship" and that it was more acurate to describe a clock as a time machine...

...and so for about three years, everyone thought I was actually building a time ship. 😎
