So, as you (hopefully) see, every effort is made to ensure that no images are captured without consent.
However, I'm sure that your legal concern is appreciated.![]()
Finally, a reasonable response - thank you thank you thank you, Skip.

No "Jump on OJ" remarks, off-topic pictures of geese, or re-explaining what a fully-grown & capable man “really” meant to say. Even the mild

Spelled out, it makes a lot more sense (minus the glossed-over selection process & the "other people were taking pictures, too -nyaaah!" thing. Oh, and that the photos would be "worth money someday" agenda got my mind wondering what exactly was the untilmate plan here?). That "Spider-man" scheiss just don't play. The OTS's line about taking photos of others who didn't give permission sure didn't inspire confidence, on top.
So yay for you, Skipper. Big yay!
But there is a reality here, even if no one wants to admit it to keep the peace and love train going: The NEST rules about photography worked really well for 10-15 years, keeping everyone safe & anonymous. Interestingly, no one has really picked up on that fact.
But now they've gone In-Gen and are cloning raptors, not because they should, but because they can.
Laptops, flash drives and cameras do get lost or stolen & guys who steal don't worry about wristbands hues. Sensitive images do end up in embarrassing places. Bad blood does occur between friends ( hmmm.... how many "My Ex-Girlfriend's Feet" threads are there around here? ). These embarrassing-place photos do cause rifts in families and job losses. And ambitious lawyers do file negligence suits against the people who did not secure the images well enough (i.e., the photographers). Which doesn't undo the damage already done, anyway.
But now that the unpopular, reality-based, full disclosure side has been shown and these risks are deemed completely acceptable by NEST guests - BUY THIS!
It’s only, $15,000. Well, for TMF members, I can make ya'll a deal for $17,000. Honk!
