Personally I think there are two many inconsistencies in the design between Haseo and this for it to be a "genderswap". The picture itself, too, is tagged as an "original" - furthermore, he has other pictures (succubi) in a similar style whereas there is pretty much no Haseo-similarity, sorry to burst your bubble. 😉
Maybe, but I see many similarities, or at least perhaps the use of Haseo as a frame to do an original work: I mean the lines across the face, and shoulders while slightly different are eerily similar to the pre-evolution Haseo... the grey hair, the red eyes, the armor/clothing. When I posted before, I didn't directly imply an exact genderswap as I agree there are some inconsistencies to Haseo (the shape of the hair for instance) but I do wonder if Haseo was used as a model or inspiration for that picture.
IMO, I think there are a couple too many consistencies to outright declare that the character Haseo was not used in any way, shape, form or idea for this picture but that's just me and I'm going to be stubborn about my opinion. 😛
