While it's good to try and not post repeated material, there are plenty of instances where one finds that his "already posted"-material is actually new to everybody else.

Yeap, its always hard to presume what the majority has and hasn't seen, so its usually better to post stuff you think is new even if it isn't if your a regular to a forum, as it may be likely it hasn't been seen by alot of people.
