This is the second video we've seen of her. I don't normally watch One Piece, so tell me, does she have the power to summon legs outta things? Is it really her legs? Cause when they show her actual legs she's wearing shoes and fishnets. Still kinky thouh.

She can make arms, legs, eyes etc. And whatever they feel she feels, so I guess they're naked copies of her own limbs.

And yeah, there are a lot more scenes of her feet throughout the series.

Robin can grow "any part" of her body (she's only used arms, hands, legs, eyes, ears, and other basic things so far) from any surface. Any grown part is "naked" and natural, though. So, even if she was wearing gloves, her sprouted arms wouldn't be wearing gloves.
