Both! Rocking out to obnoxiously loud music is one of my favorite and most effective stress relievers. I also love to relax to music. I have a CD of relaxing music that I play every night while I fall asleep - some piano, some acoustic, some just mellow.

Oh um...LOL I rock out to anything you can imagine, from Disney and Aaron Carter to Elvis and Frank Sinatra to Aerosmith and ACDC. But no, I'm not really a metal fan. I can listen to it if someone else likes it, but I'd never listen to it on my own.

My parents sent me on a 3 week trip to Europe when I was 16. My mom got a second job just to help pay for the trip. It was an amazing, unbelievable experience that she really busted her ass to help give me.
