Thanks! 😀 And I mean, I know the most important stuff, like in French I can at least ask people if they would like to have sex. We're at the absolute basics here, but that should still count for something! :jester:

Hmm, and I might just go look for a smaller party that caters more to my views, but if I had to choose between the Donkeys and the Elephants then it's VERY easily the donkeys! 😛 You have to understand, the Republicans are nothing short of zealous extremists from a Swedish perspective. Democrats are still heavily right-leaning, but they're the obvious choice by far. xD You know before the last US election there was a poll conducted amongst the Swedish people about who they wanted to win. About 95% voted Obama 😱

Indeed 😀 It's too bad that they need to compromise so much with everyone, because they could do some good things if half of the population wasn't hellbent on dragging the country around the gutter to look for an entrance to the sewers... :facepalm:

Aye, and I'm sure other countries have been polled the same way. The particular poll I'm thinking about now was an online one, which I participated in myself. Several hundred thousand people voted in it, and considering we have a population of around 9 million people that is pretty good! :woot: Then again I don't know how different the support for the dems would have been if it wasn't Bush they were replacing... LOL! I haven't lived long enough to remember what it was like back when Clinton left office. Hadn't really gotten into global politics when I was 12, I must confess! :jester:
