Well that works too. You can do a thing like that cartoon you posted and have Poison Ivy and Harley doing the tickling, where both of them are trapped in vines. Other than this and what I stated before, I'm stumped.

1. being willingly bonded won't work, since the ticklers will be bad guys. i still can't figure out who Supergirl's ler should be.

2. Batgirl will be getting foot-tickled. Supergirl wil be having her tummy tickled, since it's always bare anyway. And tickle tools will be feathers 😉 as feathers are my all-time fav tickle tool.

Meh, I'm not as fond of the feathers as much as fingers... as you can see in the comic. Come to think of it, All 3 of the ones I posted had the ler tickling them with their fingers. I like that more for some reason. Its more hands on. [/bad pun]

lol, i understand. i like feathers cuz it's used so much in cartoons, and i love cartoons. plus if you think about it in terms of a villain, such as Don Turtelli, a feather is more like, you know, a real TOOL, an instrument of torture, plus it doesn't sully their hands by tickling feet that you don't know where they've been, lmao

As far as Supergirl goes hmmm... when I think of her, I think of the old Supergirl movie (Starring Helen Slater). The scene that specifically comes to mind is the one where she gets teleported to some planet where she loses all her powers. I also remember finding that she wasn't familiar with kissing rather cute; so (if I could draw worth shit lol) I would build on that:

Perhaps do a rendition of the old Super Girl, where she is trapped on that planet by Selena (her arch-nemesis, which was played by Faye Dunaway). Selena then uses "gentle persuasion" to get her to give up her love for the construction worker they are both crushing on 😛 I'd play off of the possibility that she's never been tickled before to convey a sense of innocence and to further add to her helplessness.

To me; Supergirl, with all her strength, has always come across as somebody who is hypersensitive to physical touch. She was apparently (in the movie) raised in a very enlightened society; so perhaps they had no need for sex, and hence had never experience sensual physical contact.

Even though she is a superhero; she still projects an air of purity and innocence that I find very suggestive... But that could just be the way Helen Slater played the character. I think she did a great job; to me she IS Supergirl, since I haven't seen any of the newer stuff...

I'm more of a marvel fanboi, so I don't really follow the DC universe; and my knowledge of both universes is shoddy since I haven't really collected comics since I inherited my dad's collection (which is rather old)...

EDIT: Here's a plot summary I found on IMDB... I really should dig up that old VHS cassette, it was one of my fav Superhero movies growing up (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0088206/plotsummary)

lol, if all that was advice for my pic, sry, i'm already in the coloring stages. it should be up by tonite ^^ Plus i'm going by the cartoons, not the movie, even tho i wish i'd seen what's supposed to be a horribly bad movie, lmao. All i've read is the novel, and i can tell just from that it was pretty bad, lol. Tho i HAVE seen movie stills where Supergirl's on Argo City at the beginning with her bare soles facing the camera 😀

Ya the movie was "bad" but it wasn't lousy; if ya get my drift. Cheezy as hell tho, but then again, most sci-fi movies that came out around that time were 😛
