Anyone remember Big Man on Campus? I can't believe the thing got even 5 stars on the IMDb.

You can't always trust the imdb ratings. It's easy to cheat when there are a relatively small number of votes like with BMOC. No way does one third of unbiased voters think this film is a ten:

Yup, movie I went to see with my friends who used to come to this youth group at church. It was called the miracle maker. My friend and I left the theatre at least 3 times with various excuses 😛

Not the worst movie I've ever seen but in Boogeyman 2, a character played by Tobin "Jigsaw" Bell refers to another character as "Danielle". The character's name is "Laura", played by the actress Danielle Savre. Clearly Bell was phoning in his part, there was minimal editing and everything had to be done in one take! :huh

Personally, I'm a fan of bad old sci-fi flicks. Anyone ever seen Space Mutiny? Yeah... that's the stuff. And I freaking own Barbarella on DVD. That movie's filled with so much awful win...

I wish I had a copy of Barbarella! I saw it when it first came out. I thought is was pretty lame, but I loved Jane Fonda! Hey, forgive me, I was young and impressionable at the time. And Jane was young and good-looking! Long before exercise videos and Ted Turner! I definitely remember the scene where the machine undresses her! :drool

The only movie that I ever walked out on, I drove out on! I had taken my first wife to a drive in, for the obvious reasons. The makeing out was fine, but I made the mistake of letting her up for air, and she noticed what was on the screen! The movie was so bad she decided that we had to leave! It was a Zombie movie, but I can't remember the title. It was one of the cheap B-movies of the time, circa 1976. Gee, am I that old? :scared

That is what I like about home videos. I will start watching one. If I am not entertained at the beginning, I start to speed it up! I have watched several movies through at double speed! That way I do not waste as much time! 😉

Oh, believe me, you're preaching to the choir, brother! I do alot of trading for my DVDs, and so I take the bad with the worse. The Feeding pissed me off because it's one of those more recent films where the folks behind the cameras know all the film-school shooting and editing tricks, but still don't know how to make an entertaining movie.

On the other hand, I just watched 1975's Psycho From Texas last night and had a blast, and it scored about the same number of stars amongst movie fans at the IMDb, so I may not be the best barometer.

Insectidal...it's an awful low budget giant bug movie.
I love creature features, but this one just stank on ice.

At work we play a game called "Worse than Kazaam".

The object is to try and name movies that have a lower rating than the Shaq epic Kazaam. Not as easy as you think. :-D

Nightfall

An outstanding short story by Isaac Asimov turned into easily the most boring science fiction movie ever to be released in theaters. It should have been direct-to-video. I fell asleep on it, which is rare for me even for boring movies.

I would wish movie makers would cherish in the beauty of a single masterpiece, which most predecessors of the aforementioned movies were... Instead of making rushed sequals to pay their second Lehrjet with.

And the most horrible movie I ever saw, without a doubt, was Hercules in new york. So bad it wasnt funny even anymore.

Epic movie :unwell:

I would never pay to see one of those crap "parody" movies like Meet the Spartans but I have HBO and Epic Movie was on so I started watching it. I don't think I made it more than 30 minutes through before I turned to the Golf channel of all things (I am NOT a golf fan) just to rinse my brain of the horrific experience. I can't believe there's actually an audience for dreck like Epic Movie and they actually receive multi-million dollar budgets to get made. Simply mind-boggling.

I'd bet you could. I'd bet almost any of us could. All that would be needed is a home video with at least one humorous scene, and it would be vastly superior to what I suffered through.
