The big problem is that youtube doesn't have any real system for checking on shit. If enough people flag a certain type of content enough times. It automatically is removed. Same with copywritten material. They don't want to run the risk of getting into trouble for allowing copywritten stuff to be on their site. So whenever a complaint is made, anything it removed straight away.

Yeah, but the form needed to fill out a copyright complaint is fairly in depth. The user must agree under penalty of perjury that the information provided is true. It's not a simple 'one click' flagging system which makes it easy to stay anonymous. Whoever did this must have realized the serious legal implications.

SOOOO, he lies to YouTube, and claims YOUR clips are HIS clips, THEN, he scolds YOU, LIES and says IT WASN'T him. Claims someone hacked into his account, and pretended to be him...to get you.....
(Which didn't make sense when I first heard it. We already know Zen Tickling called out TIW several times because he kept bumping his posts 5 and 6 times in a row to sell more clips. These were always reported to the moderators, because they were quickly removed. Even though the criticisms were valid. I would never report criticism of me, even if it entered troll territory. Mr. Scruff just personally insulted me in my related thrad about posting tickling videos on YouTube. I didn't report him. I have no plans to report him. I wouldn't rather stand up for freedom of speech than have his post go away, and would immediatly ask that it be put back up if it was deleted by the big guys. ....but that's just me! Now, threats I would report, as should everyone else. But insults...I can tolerate that....)

So I found it difficult to believe that SOMEONE ELSE hated Zen Tickling, who also was a high tech hacker, and hacked into the guy who also hated him's account, and claimed copyright infringement...it's sounded like WAY to much trouble.

ARE YOU SERIOUS? This is his email address? How do you know that? I sent an email to try and find out more information but of course have not heard anything back. I'm about to get very angry if this is true.

You know, all of this could be cleared up if TIB/TIW just apologized, but let ME offer an apology.

I was a huge supporter of TIB even though I saw he was in the wrong. I was blinded by the hope of new tickling clips with the likes of Ariane, Rachelle, Mercedes, Kirsten, etc.
So I ignored my gut instinct. I did several times ask him to just apologize for "whatever this was all about," but was literally ignored on every occasion.

I stayed a supporter in his new company, and was still a supporter even when he started bumping his clips over and over again. Poeple like Zen Tickling called him out on this, and I pondered once again continuing the defense, still knowing TIB should have came up to the plate himself and put all this to rest. But, their posts were very quickly removed. And my conscience began taking over, and I got more and more angry. I felt the moderators were protecting him unfairly because of his history. I also began to get VERY annoyed when anyone mentioned this, that the subject WAS IMMEDIATLY changed, as if ever one else was stuck on the TIB is awesome bandwagon. I know that you can report posts if they are "abusive"...which I've NEVER done, even when I was very harshly attacked...because again, for me, freedom of speech and a robust discussion are more important to me than my little hurt feelings, even when I'm the one being dissed, even unfairly.

That is why I posted my angry "Should tickling clips be posted on YouTube" thread.
A discussion about one producer, who doesn't even make clips anymore! lying to get another producer's stuff taken off YouTube was outrageous. And seeing people not even acknowledge this, but aside from ignoring the elephant in the room, turn it into a "tickling clips shouldn't be on YouTube," was more insane. Tickling clips have been on YouTube since the beginning, and NOW you have a problem with it?! I saw the same blindness that I displayed when I scolded everyone here for ripping on TIB.

And I am sorry to those who I scolded, and for not even acknowledging the beef you guys and girls had. You were right, and I was wrong. My want for great clips overrided my good sense.

Now....if TIW posted a clip with Samantha, in the perfect pantyhose, dressed as a harem girl, BEGGING to be tickled, I wouldn't buy it.

An asshole who makes good clips is still an asshole. He wasn't always that way, and I don't know why he became that way. The few criticisms of his clips couldn't have done it, EVERY producer here gets criticized. Emmerich is being laughed at for making the movie "2012," BEFORE it's even released, for godsakes!

But you know, I honestly don't want to keep this anger toward him. "Blessed are the peacemakers" the bible says. TIB/TIW could clear all this up RIGHT NOW.
He could apologize to all those he offended WAY back when.
He could apologize to the moderators and other producers for bumping his clips 3 or 4 times a week, unfairly testing the rules of the forum on clip bumping.
He could apologize to Zen Tickling for lying about claiming his clips were actually TIB's and put up without permission. Zen Tickling just lost his YouTube channel over this! That's not right, whether tickling clips belong on YouTube or not.

Fix this TIB, dammit! All of this can be made right, if you take the path of apology.
Don't run away and then return AGAIN as the Tickler in Red, or Yellow, or something.
Billions of people have truly apologized, and billions have gotten forgiveness, when they were truly sorry and repentant, and made amends. You're going to need to make amends to Zen Tickling, I hope you do, I hope this is cleared up, and I hope Zen accepts your apology.

I seriously can't believe it was the TIW the whole time, especially with the lecture he gave a few posts back. As far as an apology goes, I don't need one. The point of this post was to expose a fellow producer's dirty tactics. A lot of people probably adore this guy and don't think he's capable of something like this. Putting me down while lying about his innocence is pretty low. I've never met this guy. I've never spoken to him. I've never done anything to hurt him or his business. I have no idea why he'd come after me in this way.

Big picture.. it's only a Youtube account. Probably cost me a few sales, but I can live with that. I won't make it a big deal as far as legal actions are concerned unless he continues to provoke me.

Thanks mabus for your support. I don't want to crucify the guy, even though I suspect he was responsible for sending out dozens of PMs about me and my models. As I reflect back on it I realize that it is important for me not to get wrapped up in my own ego. I just hope my reputation here wasn't tarnished by a few lies.

Hey all, TIW here.

A friend emailed me and told me I needed to check out this witch hunt. I really don't have the time or desire to defend myself for something so ridiculous, and shouldn't even have to. Is there a shred of evidence that I removed someone's videos? No, because I never did such a thing. Really, what is the evidence other than Zen saying I did it? Other than someone obviously claiming to be the tickling post company?

Is a guy who calls himself Zen, who openly on this forum has always said how much he hates me ... is he the evidence that supports this claim? (rolls eyes) Lies and drama ... that's all this is. May I state some facts?

1. I have not filmed tickling videos in 9 months. I only tickle torture privately now as I grew tired of the "clip store life."

2. I don't care which companies post their videos or where. It's none of my business.

3. I probably log into the TMF once every month or so, if even that much. Check with the mods they can track my logins. (my point is that i've lost interest in this place, so why would i even care if some guy posts his videos on youtube. i don't care)

4. I've researched youtube after hearing of this witch hunt and it turns out anyone can fill out some form and say they are some company and get clips pulled. Just because some guy or girl said they were T-Post representative doesn't meant it was actually me. It wasn't.

5. If it really is happening, I have no idea who's doing it and claiming to be Tickling Post. Obviously it's someone who wants to take down a company's videos yet throw the blame on someone they dislike. I don't know. I don't care.

6. Zen owes me an apology for this, but I already forgive him.

Now if Zen can take his drama somewhere else it'd be a better forum, for everyone. Nothing better to do? Go take a walk, read a good book.

Oh, just so you know that Zen is not the great loving respectful guy he claims to be, I got this nice gem from him in my inbox. (and with what proof or evidence for him to back it up?)

Listen, to all you nice folks here who really know me and the kind of person I've always tried to be ... hello to you. I miss chatting with many of you ... but have moved on for now. Tickling is awesome and will always be a love of mine. But it shouldn't be your entire life, your every waking thought. It'll drive you crazy and ruin your life. It took me a while to learn that.

It's not really any of my business, except that you've made it "everyone's" business by posting it publicly here, but you do know that it's extremely easy to send an email message with someone else's email address forged on the From line, I hope? Spammers do it millions of times a day.

Not saying that that necessarily is the case here since I don't know all the facts, but I would never assume I knew for certain who sent an email message solely on the basis of whose email address shows on the from line. It's extremely easy to "sabotage" someone by sending an email superficially appearing to be from them when it actually isn't. Literally so easy a child could do it.

I continue to think that posting previews on YouTube has very little effect on sales. People who are likely to be interested in actually buying tickling clips get their info on fetish sites, not mainstream video sites. Most tickling fans who do look for tickling clips on YouTube only want the free stuff. They're not very likely to buy anything.

Apparently you didn't see his posts in my video threads after he responded here. He gave out personal information about my models without their consent.. that info has been removed by the mods. There were also dozens of PMs being sent out containing information about the models I've worked with along with negative comments about me. My point being not to assume somebody is incapable of such actions just because you think you know them.

TIB/TIW has targeted my reputation here on this forum.. that's a documented fact. I also know that someone tried to claim ownership of my clips under the name Tickling-Post. After weeks of investigation Youtube sided with me and revealed to me some contact information.. including the EXACT same email TIB/TIW has been using for at least a year.

It is possible that somebody filled out a fake DMCA form and sent it to Youtube. It is also possible that somebody hacked into TIW's Yahoo account in order to send this information. It's also possible that somebody hacked into TIW's TMF account and started posting/sending negative comments and personal information about me and my business. However, I think all that is highly unlikely.

I love all the producers...I mean yeah we pay for the material, but you make sure the material exists and I'm respectful and thankful for it. However, this situation involves Youtube and 2 producers, maybe a third party.

I merely said that an email appearing to be sent from someone's email address could have a forged From address. It's not even remotely necessary to "hack into" someone's email account to forge their address on the from line of an email message. It's as easy as it would be for you to write someone else's return address on the envelope when sending a "snail mail" letter.

For someone else to actually receive messages sent to his address would require some sort of "hacking", or some means of access to his actual email account, whereas merely sending "from" anyone else's email address doesn't. That's just one reason why I'm not going to say what "I think happened" without having all the facts with certainty -- which I suggest you shouldn't have here from the outset either, whatever all the facts may turn out to be.
