I'm looking at the (very) long range and it's showing it's going to be kind of cold for Christmas Eve/Day...remember that year it was 72 on Christmas Eve? lol...hated that.
 
Forecasts aren't worth much ten days in advance. Bad weather is coming tomorrow into Friday. 🙁
 
You know when I was a kid I wanted to be a weatherman.
 
So my work Christmas party Monday night...felt a slight throat thing Tuesday as did HR lady I talk to...got worse the last 2 days...luckily its this week and not next week. People at the party were acting like it was 2019 again handshakes, hugs, kisses, etc.
 
Thanks! I slept a lot better last night so that's a start.

In December 1968, my parents gave me the money for tuition and room-and-board for the spring semester of college.

Wow nice gift.
I think I got the best gift actually this year...my work gave me a new nintendo switch for being there 10 years (well choice of a gift). At least most expensive gift.
It's a weird time of year...like exciting, fun, special, yet hectic, tiring, etc.
 
I'm on the mend Mils...hopefully a couple more days I'll be 100% but this has been quite the sickness...and I don't get sick often.
What are you doing Christmas Eve/Day? Do you celebrate it?
 
No, I only celebrate Hanukkah by giving gifts to the children in my family which is now done.

It is my tradition on Christmas day to do the stereotypical Jewish activities on that day: I go to see a movie in a theater and then go to a Chinese restaurant for a meal.
 
That sounds good though...what movie do you plan to see?
 
I saw "Christmas Bloody Christmas" every other word was a curse word...never seen anything like it.
I'm working today in the office (feel so much better) and then I'm off the next 5 days!
 
But I'm not off from the SSF Mils! I don't think I've missed a day posting here since I lost electricity for a few days in August of 2020.
 
I am going out to lunch with Goddess Shelly :woman: today, but no session.
 
Hope you had a good lunch. Merry Christmas Eve Mils! Today has always been the most special day of the year to me. We're having the traditional fish dinner tonight.
