Since you seemed to like the punk girl I redrew her for you. I made her hair much cooler this time. Her clothes are pretty similar.
Here are the two photoshop files again. This time though I had to zip (with rar) the full body one cause it was too big to upload here.
She has a lot of different bits of clothing. Her shoes and stockings, skirt, top, and jacket. Each of these is in it's own layer so you can dress her however you want. 😛

i know, but now we also have a squad that think only about names, stories and bio 😀 before we was without anyone, now we have a lot of people, so i can let the artist to make only their work, and the writers to think only about writing 🙂

For further info i'm preparing a sticky post where i'll explain the division of labour between the graphic department and the writing department (the developing deparment is the easiest...only me ^_^)

Well just so you know I am a writer and an artist. Check out the bio's I did for my own characters in my forum. Pretty damn thorough if you ask me. So basically what you're saying is outside of what the character looks like we artists have no say in even what the characters name is? :shocked: :question:
Can we only choose from the "pre-approved" list of names provided? I was gonna deliver the whole package, character designs, head shots, name and bios for the girls I was going to contribute....guess not...

Because I'll tell you this man, no one knows the counterculture and underground social scene like I do, it was even the subject of my senior thesis. I was up to my ears in the Goth, Punk, Metal Head, Skater and general Freak communities for most of my early life (gotta love New York!) so I could write some pretty authentic stuff at least for characters like that, the "social rejects" if you will.....

I know that you are good cheshire; that's why i approved the idea when Nessie told me that she wants you inside this project, so there's noone that is doubting about you.

I never said that you must accept passively the ideas that the writers willl have; that's why each artist will have a "brainstorming" with the writers ; any decision is taken inside the group, noone has a complete decisional power, because if i let that anyone can do what he want it became an anarchy, and this is a serious forum with a serious project; I'm used at works to do the same thing tha ti'm doing here (i'm a programmer and also the chief of the projects in my team), so for me is normal to plan and define each aspect of the programs that we create; here i'm not giving orders because anyone here work for me, i have no rights on your works or on the work of all the other people inside here.

If you want to do your own story and all the things related to the girl(s) that you want to make , you oblige me to let all the other artists do do it, and i don't think that all will be happy 😀

Oh no, not all things related to the characters, far from it. I misunderstood your initial response. I thought you meant once we drew the character, it would be handed off to someone else to do with as they wished despite our own ideas. As long as I have some say in what is done with my girls I'll be fine...

Whenever I create a character, their personality begins to unfold in my mind as they appear on the paper. Each eyebrow, hair out of place, arched lip or posture tells me who they are and where they're coming from. The idea of someone else making all those decisions without knowing what the character was born from just didnt sit right with me. Once we got the names and personalities down I'll be happy to hand it off to whoever wants to use them for a story setting and give them full creative freedom....

I replaced the stocks psition picture with a newer version. All the heads are colored now and I changed the legs so they can move independantly. Soon I will put each head in it's own PSD file with all of the animation frams in them. Same for the feet, legs, and breasts (the other animated bits).

And I love the new stocks image you did. Maybe someone should create a PSD file of just an empty set of stocks that the rest of the artists can use as a guide. All the characters should have the feet and legs positioned the same if its going to be the same set of stocks used over and over in the players room.

I haven't done the stocks yet...I'm NO good at drawing inanimate objects. I've got a good idea of what I want them to look like but I dont have the skill to execute it. I'll give it the ol' college try though. It's a releif though to finally have all those faces done...a lot of work! I very rarely draw anything I have to spend more than 2 hours on and never multiple sittings. 😛

I could always give it a shot Ness. I've got this Wood Grain filter plug-in I got for Photoshop that does remarkable things with anything wood or tree related....I would just need to know how far apart to make the holes for the ankles.

The pic I posted here is the full working image size. Quite a bit smaller than I normally work 😛
You can make it that size or any size larger...can always shrink it down to whatever. Size is not as important as having the right dimensions. I will do up a sketch of what I was envisioning and you can change it around if you have a better idea. I'm not any good at textures/woodgrain/etc. 🙂

I have a little problem since a couple of weeks: i receive 2 or 3 copies of the same message! without mentioning that when i post or i modify a post, when i click to add the post or to confirm the modifications....i have a white error page instead of returning on the post 🙁 is only me or is a normal thing? 🙁

I could post the PDS but it is very confusing since none of the layers are labled right and EVERYTHING is in a seperate layer. 😛 I'll get individual pics up by tomorrow so you can see everything. 🙂 The "hard laughing" pic has several frames...the rest have 2 or 3. 🙂
About your error messages...I havent heard of anyone having similar problems! Have you tried using a different browser or reinstalling your current browser? If that doesnt work I'd mention it in the site feedback forum since I dont know much about how to fix stuff like that 🙁
