How do you RP?

(I'm talking to you, Brand-Aid!)

Yup, hours to days per response, each of which are as long as Hadrian's Wall and DRIPPING with description. The squishy sort. *squish*

I do a pretty wide variety, myself. I'm really open to scenarios, both realistic and fantastic, although my persona is pretty constant. As a tickler, I'm kind of a mix of playful, evil and naughty, and I can shift to any of those extremes depending on the RP and the wishes of my partner. As a 'lee, though, I'm usually all shy and nervous and reluctant to admit how much I love it. I'm not sure why, but I just love that kind of personality in a 'lee, so I guess that's just how I do. XD

It's funny. When I was playing Second Life... The Tickle Elite (name of the group) wanted the role playing form to be in a very specific manner. I haven't played in a while, therefore I don't remember all the rules of punctuation. Does anybody remember what they were specifically?

I know, the original question was much more general. But I thought it was interesting that there should be such a ridged punctuational form preferred.

I more so enjoy story-type RP's...scenarios are way more fun that way...and descriptions can be so much more thorough. And when they're more thorough.... *shivers*

You know the thing that I think is lacking, is RP of a consistent nature... You can hardly have anything effective if it's going to be this fleeting, casual interaction.

(Yes, I'm offering... haha)

I'd love to get into RPing, but I struggle with it. I'm too literal, I'm autistic. Yes, I know, very weird for an autistic to 'lee, but that seems to be a sensory experience I seek out (I'm a sensory-seeker)... But RPing requires both people to get figurative and fictional...A real struggle for us... I'd love to learn how...

There's nothing weird about someone with autism also being a lee! My husband is a member here, screen name Senshi, and also on the Autism Spectrum, as are two of my closest tickle-friends from this site. My husband is a switch, as am I.

People with autism generally fall into two sexual categories--either they are largely uninterested in sex or their sexual tendencies run very kinky (I'm a psychologist, I only have four years of training so I don't have the qualifications in my state to make diagnoses however).

The Austism Spectrum is very varied, so you will of course find people who don't conform to this. As the saying goes, if you've met one Autie, you've met one Autie (as opposed to the other saying, "if you've met one x, you've met them all).

As someone with high-functioning autism, I've been told by multiple people that I'm an insatiable lee (and they were only half teasing :lol )So it's not at all weird to me. In fact, I have a harder time imagining myself *not* being a lee, and my autism never really occurred to me that it could be a factor in my fetishes.

I've always really wanted to do RP, but I never have to be honest. I really wouldnt even know where to begin lol, for sure interested in trying it though.

I personaly like well created stories, with characters and situations detailed as posible. I had many good RP about TV series or Movies and that was ok to me. Fantasy is a big thing too, but not exclusively. Real life situations are a thing too. In a few words, anything that is detailed and well told. And I should add that I don't like one liners!

I think that I'm very flexible in a RP situation. For me, that's part of the fun/challenge. I understand that most people need tight structure, that's fine. I just choose not to 'limit' myself when starting a RP. Once it's started though, I can in fit easily...
