When posting some of my past finds, I made it clear that I'm not a fan of the overall quality (or lack thereof) of Chinese animation. It's often quite rough, and borrows (or steals) character designs liberally from a wide variety foreign series.

This particular adaptation of "Journey to the West," however, is not one of those series. It's high budget, high quality and well written, and it happens to have a few tickling scenes as well! Now if only they'd show the girl (Xiaomei, I think) barefoot in a future season, we'd be set.

anyway I think you can actually make a vocaloid luagh but I'm not sure, it would be adorable to make them laugh while they try to sing >//<.
