Huge Anime Tickle Thread!

I've updated the dropbox to include most of the mainstream manga that's been posted over the past few years. I haven't added all of the anime scenes, and I don't think we should due to limited storage space combined with their prevalence on Youtube.

It's interesting to note that very few of the 300+ scenes could be considered objectionable even under the current rules. Most of the mainstream stuff is pretty tame, which is great news.

I'm confused about the new rules. Is the cut off age 18 or 21, and is the issue whether they look the age or they are that age in the franchise.

Also what new legal action are the rules based on?

The rule is a little confusing, but basically, the character has to be at least 18. If the character looks under 21, we would like the member to include the age in the post.

Bottom line: It is extremely risky to publish or circulate any virtual or morphed images that appear to depict minors. Even advertising explicit content as child pornography can violate federal law, even if all models are over 18.

The case you linked to actually seems MUCH less ambiguous than the Whorley and Handley cases, which cross into very tricky legal ground. In this recent case, the guy photoshopped an 11-year-old's face onto a pornographic image and then SENT IT TO HER. That is straight-up sick, and seems pretty obviously illegal... at the very least, it's harassment, and arguably a lot more besides.

Just thinking of recent popular anime series (not that I follow them too closely) I can't think of any prominent female characters who are post-high school age.

I doubt that the people who are prosecuting these cases are going to look at a animated scene of a fully-clothed young woman being tickled and go "Hmm... better Google it and check!"

The only risque stuff in this thread is the stuff from hentai sites, which is exactly the sort of thing that's been getting people in trouble. If you notice, all of the cases cited involve obvious cartoon minors engaged in graphic sexual situations.

Practically none of the stuff posted from mainstream manga fits that description, so the thread can still continue as usual. Basically, it's: "Think twice before posting something from ehentai or g.e.hentai that's obviously terrible."

Now come on, this has taken up too much of our time. Let's get back to posting actual scenes.

though my personal opinion is, is to just indulge in this particular content (if u must) in moderation.
another point that comes to my mind is, a drawing taking a hit for a real loli is a hero in my book eheh

Any mainstream pics that I find (not fanart, not hentai), I'll upload here in addition to uploading them on TT. I encourage others to do the same, as it only takes a few seconds.

Items 8,9 and 14 in the Unknown folder aren't really unknown - they've all been done by hikariangelove of DeviantArt (they are still even in her gallery).

You know a pic repository seems like a capital idea and I wonder why it hasn't been done earlier. Not because I'm just itching for underage porn - but rather because I have like, hundreds of pics collected on my hard drive (some from this thread, some from elsewhere) and this thread was arguably never the best place to collect them, since any newcomer would need to go through the old pages one-by-one, to collect them all. Doesn't putting them in a collective folder as they are posted sound more practical?

Actually I think with the forum breakdown and everything some of those old pics could be considered lost, so maybe I should repost them?

So just so this can be put to rest, do the two pics I posted conform to the guidelines?

This character is 16 years old in the series she's from, but physically she looks more mature than a lot of other characters that are aged much higher in other series depending on the art style.

If she's 16 in the series but she's 18+ on the pic, you should state that she is 18+. If she isn't at least 18 on the pic, don't post the pic, period.

The second picture involves a high school boy who isn't aged and doesn't even look entirely human.

He looked like a grown man to me, so unless the series specifically says he is a minor, it's fine.

Simply, if a pic portrays a human or human-looking being who is under 18, don't post it. Any material that is posted with the intention of pushing the limits of this forum's rules will be deleted.

The general rule of thumb is going to be this: even if the canon of Kaname Chidori says that she's 16, for the purposes of US law, she's 18 (and looks that way in the picture) so, had you not said anything, there would have been no problem.

The correct answer is... Banana. Actually it's from Crimson Girls 2, you even have a game, but in game voice isn't that exciting.

If you want more tickling from crimson I probably have more scenes.
