Approaching this debate with a rational and open mind would lead one to see that there is plenty of grey area without clear distinctions one way or another. Please try to avoid sermonizing when posting about it.

You're missing the point. The rules themselves are a very grey area, making them tricky to follow regardless of how rule-abiding you are. Drawing a line ten feet before that grey area, and making a separate site for it would mean a lot less hassle for everybody.

And no, I was thinking something more along the lines of a .onion site. Those are difficult for even the FBI to take down, and tickling porn is already grey enough to hold back any legal action for quite some time, with the added grey layer of most of it being "anime" in nature, the FBI has WAAYY better things to do with their time.
 
Ironically, the intent of our rules was to eliminate the ambiguity by drawing a bright line at whether the models are, or are not, drawn to be at least 18 years old. If a character looks borderline (that is, not obviously 21+), the member posting the image should state the character's age. That way, the site incurs very little risk, but obviously, doubtful material could not be posted (or linked or advertised) here.

But if people don't know the exact age of the character being featured, it comes down to one's own personal interpretation of appearances to decide whether the character is or is not underage. Factoring in each artist's own personal "style," some 18+ characters could be drawn in a way that "appears" underage, whilst underage characters could also be drawn in a way that makes them seem of age. Not to mention the technicality of some anime characters being MUCH older than their appearance would indicate.
(talking about all those loli characters that OBVIOUSLY look and act like toddlers, yet claim to be hundreds if not thousands of years old)

The intent of the rule is crystal clear: Avoid any content that could incur the wrath of the law. The rule itself, however, is an intricate web of technicalities and personal judgments that makes it extremely inefficient to execute and uphold -- What with so many iron-clad arguments and facts to support each side of the debate.

Again, I'm casting my vote for what I stated previously: A sister site to house anything that could even remotely be considered child pornography.

I watched the whole "series," and I gotta say, It's actually pretty good. It's basically a skit-based series that HARPS on RPG cliches and tropes. Not to mention it has a shameless amount of fanservice. The animation is aiight, the sound is solid, and the humor is wonderful (if you like RPGs).

Each episode is about 4 minutes long. You can probably watch it through to completion in under an hour.

Just sucks that there's only 9 episodes. My hunch is that the show was making money on an episode-by-episode basis, and the ending of episode nine killed the show's funding. Seriously, I understand they were trying to be funny, but comedy or not, that ending was fucking DARK. So dark that I can easily see more than half of the fanbase walking away after it aired.

I recommend giving it a quick watch.
 
Has anyone already seen Fairy Tail Chapter where Natsu tickled Lucy's feet with Happy's tail, that was the most cutest and rarest moment for any fans who wanted to see Lucy's lovable feet tickled and another when Natsu and Lucy were taken prisoners, Lucy was attempt to be foot tickled by having her feet licked by a goat but sadly didn't happen.

How far are we in anime episodes of Fairy Tail to the chapters? I hoping that anime will add filler scene where Lucy gets her toes licked by the goat, it would be an epic fan-service.

The anime is up to episode 212 Dubbed, 259 Subbed.

Anyways, the anime (Sub) is at about chapter 412-417 in Manga terms. The tickling scene you're referring to is in chapter 421 in the Manga.

Sooo, that scene will probably be within the next... 40-50 episodes.

Fairy tail is a hit show, so chances are they're gonna be good about releasing one episode a week. I don't feel like doing math, so imma give a rough estimate and say that the sub will catch up to that point in the manga within four months or so, and the dub will likely lag a few months behind that.
 
That one scene in Fairy Tail where Virgo tickles Lucy just got released in English.
