From the latest Hayate no Gotoku, it looks like the dog is licking a bit lower than her face in the 4th panel, so I'd count this as upperbody.

I'm just glad there's so much to share! Hopefully I won't run out for a while.

Here's an f/m foot scene from Chokotto Hime. Apparently the girls are cats who see themselves as girls... so we'll just try to avoid the furry undertones and concentrate on the tickling, which occurs on the 3rd-4th panel to the left. Both English & Raw versions.

Here's an upperbody scene from "Nichijou," plus a scanlated version of the Yumekui Merry scene.

It turns out Merry wasn't drunk after all, the drink was some bubbly fitness-smoothie. I hope they animate this scene, since the tickling is ambiguous enough that they could add in foot-tickling if they felt like it.

Does anybody remember this one scene where a guy and a girl are running towards another guy and then fall into a pitfall each where the girl is covered with small octopuses tickling her?

I can't remember the anime it's from...

another one from queen's blade...whomever is producing them is cool with me. Echi and tickling...the perfect combo. And if I had to guess...its a OVA.
