No, the average manga ranges from between 17 pages to 21 pages. It varies depending on the chapter pace, artist, work load, etc.

Don't be an asshole about things that don't even matter, especially if you're not even correct, to begin with.
 
Very cute, that part with the foot being tentickled was far more detailed than I expected.

I don't know the show, but wasn't there an earlier clip with the squid girl tickling her human boss to try to control her? Or does this scene come first?

You got it right. It technically comes after this in the manga. But they got it all mixed up. Also there were 3 tickle scenes in the first season.
 
In episode 5. The little Ika is tickled under her arm to make her take medicine. In episode 11. The blonde scientist Cindy and her 3 male companions are all tickled briefly to make them talk.

Oh Japan, why must your tickles be so rape-y? Pretty ironic that the biggest problem with Japanese tickle scenes is that they're often too sexual. haha
