Ray & Tracy came back over yesterday to help us finish off some of the food and just hang and relax. Ray was moving very gingerly. And there was some comment made about not knowing he had muscles in various places. He was still very much sensitized by the experience. So, of course, we had to torment him just a little bit more. 😛
