Let's write a silly poem

The Stock Market picked up today,
but some political votes would not sway.
I hope that the people in Washington get things right,
the thought of A Depression is an awful fright.

we never seem to feel out of place;
but when our frown goes from side to side
we normally just want to hide

I am always glad to have my dental work behind me,
but then there is his bill to remind me.

And I know the reason why.
My dentist's office, where bills are due,
Is in midtown near Madison Avenue.

a root canal was needed thou,
the swelling went down last night,

Sometimes we feel like we are sick
With all the coughing a cold can inflict
but if we just look all around
a stiff drink can be surely be found
