Disregard previous post made by me,My airline and Hotel reservations are made and confirmed,I am arriving Thursday October 26th about 4;30pm into local airport in the area and I will be staying at the Doubletree for 4 nights.

Good job Hotels, get it done early. We right now have 35 signed up saying they will be at this thing!!! Sadira and I are hoping to do a good job with this. You don't realize how nervous we are. We are having the costume party on Friday night. That is just a reminder!!! We will have plenty of FOOD and plenty of fun that weekend. You want to come and see this party first-hand ( so do I.
