On my end, they're plain old image files sitting in subdirectories of gamedir/Graphics. They probably default to getting packed into Game.rgss3a. I think Screamer forgot to dereference files in the DB before he removed them and created the archive, which is why the game wouldn't start without people downloading the "patch," which was a bunch of image/audio resources.
As a test, I erased a bunch of unused stuff from the database, and then moved the contents of the Battlebacks1-2 folders, so RMVXA couldn't find them, and the game still works for me. If nothing else, that's an easy savings of 29MB, and only the beginning.
This is a great trick. Popular way to remove static ads from old programs. It sometimes had to be a 1 pixel image file, instead of just an empty file, but still quite close.
INCOMING LONG'ISH POST!
-cough- ok, so I decided to look at the ACTUAL game we were talking about and not Kuguri Project. Reasons I wasn't originally doing that are 'because' and 'shutup' :stickout
I haven't played TM since I'm waiting for the translation to be finished, but taking a look at the files showed some things that could maybe help.
First, About half the game is made up of 100MB of audio. Took a look, most are the original .ogg files. A few I found were .mp3's. MP3's are probably the WORST audio files for file size.
Screamer, here's some help (from one RPG maker to another) for future projects:
http://audacity.sourceforge.net/
Download Audacity. Use it. It's free. Place any of your MP3's into it and convert them into .OGG. File sizes are often cut in half just with default settings, audio quality stays roughly the same.
Can't really complain though, since the Audio folder will always encompass a significant part of the game's size (even the latest LoL has 40 MB of audio, and he super compressed all his files).
Another thing is to look at some of the PNG's you have, say for animations. Some of those are a MB or two. I know you acquired these through the awesome resources we have available online, but if you want to squeeze out all the space you can, run these in Photoshop(or Gimp or whatever program you use) and shrink them down (while keeping proportions). Then, if you need them bigger in the game, use the Zoom button when you're making them in the database.
Now something I want to comment on. Rapidshare. That's right, I'm pointing at the file-sharing site itself. Don't use Rapidshare people, please. It wasn't nicknamed RapidSHIT for no reason, especially after the Megaupload shutdown. Rapidshare throttles free users at a horrific rate of download. It took me several HOURS (I think it was...3 or 4?) to download that Tickle Mansion - I have a 25 Mbps connection. Why did it take so long? Here is why:

Use Mediafire or somewhere else. Screamer, break the archive up when you zip it using something like Winrar(what I use - the FREE one) or 7-Zip. Separate them into 20 MB files; this should get around any file size limits I believe and everyone can just download each individual piece and combine them all back into the one large game. It'll go by faster and people won't complain about the size (and if they do, you have full right to give them a middle finger because then they're just being picky :lol)
Screamer, for further help on optimizing your game and shrinking down its size, check here:

I'd definitely get with Lurka (I'll probably do the same some day - aint that right Lurka ol' buddy ol' chum ol' pal lol) and see about other ways you can optimize the game - though replacing every file with a txt or a 1 pixel img file is ridiculously tedious.
And let me finish with this. To anyone complaining about the file size? Get used to it if you want to ever see tickle games grow. The more scripts you add, the more characters you add, the more events you add, the more captivating music you add, the more mini-games, tickle scenes, dialogue, whatever you add to a game, it's gonna get big. While for this particular game it may or may not be too big, you better get used to the idea REAL FAST that you'll be downloading bigger games as Screamer or any other maker learns more and builds better RPG's to play. You're downloading a full fledged game here, not some little flash game where you click a woman's picture and she giggles. :rolleyes
