Ok. I guess I'll come out of the closet and admit to having the world's most ticklish neck. Mostly on the sides and front of it. Some people, even some on here, think it's kind of an odd place, but seriously, it causes the most intense sensations ever. It's been that way since I was a kid. My little sisters still to this day know that if they even touch my shoulder I will scrunch up in defense. And the one time I had it tickled mercilessly, I went completely berserk. Kicked, pushed, tried to bite, I was laughing my head off and it actually went into silent laughter, which up until that point I thought was some kind of myth, followed by huge gasps of air. So yeah... you wanna talk about ticklish necks... jeez.
I remember when I was little and me and my sisters would play that whole "try not to laugh" game. I'd always say beforehand, "Anywhere but my neck. You know it's not fair when you get my neck." It actually almost kind of scared me to be tickled there. Of course, they never listened to me and I'd always lose and almost really get angry, but oh well.
Another time, I remember wearing my hair in two braided pig tails. A friend of mine came behind me, grabbed one of them and brushed it along the side of my neck, which of course caused violent spasms and squeaks.
I've left enough hints to the guy I'm seeing now that he knows that I'm extremely ticklish there, yet I really like it, so he usually likes to scrape his teeth along the sides or lick along my throat. I try really hard not to giggle, all to no avail.
Ah well.
Despite all of the above, for some strange reason, I love it.
