Buy vids, banner will go away. Don't buy vids, the banner gets slowly larger and then both feet will appear. Slowly over time the banner will overtake the whole page making us all MAD MAD MAD, ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!😛 :wow: :cry1: 😱

Yeah,lighten up,guys,for I really like the mere fact that
Ryan(Conner)is extremely ticklish,and she has a really cute laugh,as well.
Just hoping to see her doing tickling videos,and Foot-Worship-Party appearances,within the near future.
 
Yes, please, for the sake of us modem users who have to wait, and wait, and wait, for that picture to load before being allowed to post ... YIKES!!! (Although, I must admit, she does have a cute tongue 😉 )

Actually it's not the tongue image that creates an issue for me. The trouble is that every time an advertisement gets put up with sound I run the risk of extreme humiliation. I have roommates who don't know about my *hobby* nor do they need to. I'm the kind of guy who likes to play music on my PC while I browse or type or whatever. It's a pain having to shut down whatever I'm listening to whenever I spend time at the TMF because of the sound effect. Beyond that, if it's been a while since a sound-related ad had been up I forget to shut off the music and mute the system sound. If I forget then BANG I have blaring laughter coming from the computer that I know other rooms can hear. I never want to have to explain that, you can imagine why.

This is just my two cents, those who manage the site can stick whatever they want wherever they want on it. I just wanted to point out one flaw with the ad, adding sound really inconviences some of us.

If anyone out there in techie-land knows how to mute just the browser please post, I'm sure there's more people than just me who have had this problem and would be thankful for an alternative.

I agree. If it was just the main screen, it MIGHT be somewhat tolerable--but its on every screen!! I probably won't be visiting this forum anymore until that is changed.

solutions for those with petty grievences:

1) don't clear your history or cache. that way, the banner won't load every time you visit. just clear location bar history instead.

2) turn your speakers off, or shove headphones in. gheez! is that so hard?

why are you complaining? it's the height of bad manners.

I'll jump on the bandwagon. It is really annoying. If I hear that manly cackle again, I might just throw my pc out of my window, and it may hit pedestrians.

Right...I'm in, too.

I'm afraid I gotta agree. I grow weary of being assaulted by it. Not complaining, just expressing my opinion of it. But, for as long as it remains up, for those of you who, like me, don't enjoy it, dunno if this solution was mentioned yet, but right-click on it and deselect "Play". It can get irritating having to do it every time you open a new page, but it stops it from playing.
 
i'm slightly confused...

for me it just shows up with every new page, and i can't scroll past it till it fully loads. but it doesn't make any noise unless i run the cursor over it. does it make noise on it's own for some of the rest of you?
come on, hasn't the horid thing been up long enough???

I have learned to just "mouse" around it and scroll down as quickly as possible after opening a new page! Kinda keeps me alert too! 😉

I'm rather surprised that MTP Jeff has totally ignored this thread. Yes, this is his site, yes, he can advertise any way he likes -- or do anything else with the forum he likes, for that matter.

But I wouldn't have thought it was very good for business to constantly run an ad that so many people dislike.

Personally, I'm finding it extremely annoying. The site won't LET me scroll past it until it loads, and its on EVERY PAGE. Es ist genug!
 
I think he has posted on this, and I for one have not had any problems at all. I don't have to scroll down fast or let it load. I really don't see what the big deal is🙄 Don't look at the middle of the page if she bothers you so much, frankly I think she is an attractive lady, nice tongue and she has a good laugh. I read some where on here that some one thought she sounded like a man, no way! She sounds like a female laughing without a doubt!

Don't ya think you are being to harsh and critical on Jeff?🙄
