Bottom line, the plot of the video isn’t real; it‘s dramatic conflict to convey a story. And if it was real, then, yes, there’d be some serious problems for the makers of the video as well as the distributors.

Well, I own it... and as much as I like it, I also think it's fake.

For one thing, yes - she repeats the same two lines over and over again ("Gabrielle, save the film for later!" and "This isn't professional!").

Secondly, do you think that if two strangers had just tied her up and were torturing her, she'd be worried about wasting film?

Next, there's an obvious camera cut right after she's strapped into the chair, and multiple others, usually when she gets tired. Same as any other tickling video with a willing model.

It's not real. Never was and never will be. Otherwise they would be in jail already. Because they put the video for sale. True, lots of crimes are investigated without cuts and bruises being seen. Exactly how else is she going to present herself? She had no marks on her. Nobody hit her and nobody raped her. She agreed to be tied up and instead of just tying her up they tickled her.

I said they would arrest her. I didn't say they thought she was some kind of threat to society or that she would spend any kind of significant time in prison. She'd probably be let out in the morning or a few days later at most.
