I suffered a back injury on Saturday and am still recovering.

Did you enjoy the Dole plantation?

Good question. The lower right part is weakened from an awkward fall I took as a kid. Every so often, and it hasn't happened for several years, the muscles there just become inflamed for a few days. This used to happen about once a year during law school, but this is the first serious flare-up in 3+ years. Its just muscular though, no tears or anything. Once the inflammation and pain stops, I'll be fine. Hoping to grin and bear this and go back to work tomorrow.

I did. Went with my gf, mother, and sister. Got to ride around in a tiny little touring train and listen to a pre-recorded lecture about pineapple. Fairly interesting, but the views from the train are amazing. They also have a huge labyrinth I would have loved to run but we didn't stick around long enough.

Disappointingly. Took an unexpected loss in the keeper league. Still got several players going in the DP league so too soon to tell. But Devin Hester, Cedric Benson, Matt Schaub, Santonio Holmes, Marques Colston and Ahmad Bradshaw all disappointed. And my IDP had about half as many points as they did last week. However, I still probably would have won despite all that if she hadn't started the Saints defense. I had to watch Mark Sanchez turn it over 5 times, twice for touchdowns. It was brutal.

It was painful when I woke up, which the doctor said to expect due to poor circulation while sleeping. After stretching it a bit, icing it, and some vicodin, I'm feeling ok now.
