Well I was interested if not emotionally invested in whether Chicago would get the Olympics. I don't believe I ever thought about the top speed of the wind. So I'll say the latter.
 
Of course. The 49ers need a deep-threat WR and it would have been embarrassing to have their 1st round pick go unsigned and fall back to the draft.
 
How much an impact you think he can make?? and how long before he can make a contribution??
 
I wouldn't look for him to make any noticeable contributions until the second half of the season. He's going to need several weeks just to get into NFL game shape. Then he'll have to start learning the playbook and get familiar with the team. I think maybe by week 9 they may start working him into the game in small doses and try to give him a few more plays each week. Hopefully by the later stages of the season, he will be playing full games. But I wouldn't expect much more than 30 receptions, 400 yards, and maybe 2 or 3 td's.
