Yes, usually I have pizza at Café Fiorello about once a month. But the last two times that I ate there I have a grilled veal chop instead.

What is the longest time that you have gone without ice cream?

I'd say about a month probably.

Many years ago. I love ice cream, but I don't like ices much.

Will you be caught in the rain this afternoon?

Yes, it did rain on my way home.

Do you think if it's going to rain it's better to do it at night or during the day?

At night because it's much better if it rains while I sleep.

Is it better for the rain to fall on reservoirs upstate or in NYC?

Upstate because I think it travels down to a lot of our area.

What do you consider "upstate" in NY?

To me upstate is Poughkeepsie but some people in the city think White Plains is upstate.

What's one place upstate you've been?

Anything north of the five boroughs is upstate to me.
A former colleague of mine who lives in Greenwich Village said to me, "Upstate begins at Columbus Circle." That put me upstate.

I have been to Albany at least a dozen times.

What is your favorite place to visit upstate?

I like to visit Watertown because I have a friend there I've visited before a few times.

My next checkup with the dentist is June 11th.

How many different dentists have you used since adulthood (say age 18)?

Hmm I think this is my 3rd only which isn't too bad actually!

Did you realize that your dentist checkup is the day before my birthday?

No, I didn't remember the exact day of your birthday. I did remember that it was in June.

Did you know that in the 19th century most dentistry was practiced by blacksmiths? (Because they were strong enough to yank out a tooth using ordinary pliers.)

What's one other occupation besides dentist you'd never want to have?

Among professions (as opposed to just jobs), I would never want to be a mortician.

What is the worst job (in terms of physical stress) that you ever had?

Digging a ditch as a teenager as a summer job (it made me want to never do that kind of work again).

Breakfast is the best thing about mornings.

Have you ever eaten so much at dinner that you were not hungry for breakfast the next morning?

No except probably Christmas Eve...but by the time we have our annual donuts Christmas morning it's already late so I'm ok to eat by then.

Except for groceries, I shop more online these days.

Washer Machine.

Do you ever buy clothing online, risking that it won't fit and will need to be sent back?

Yes, but I pretty much know my sizes and it usually works out ok.

I know Mils plans was to have a great dinner...and it sounds like he had a great birthday.

Will you celebrate the arrival of spring?

I will see Goddess Shelly tomorrow afternoon, which is a celebration for me.
